We would like to congratulate Fr. Resti Galang, MSP, for successfully defending his dissertation proposal last January 10, 2008. Accordingly, being able to defend successfully the dissertation proposal in La Salle is like winning half of the battle, so to speak. So we are proud and happy of Fr. Resti’s initial success and we are confident that he can make it to the end…and with flying colors.
