Fr. Dong is all smiles when he received the Plaque of Appreciation from no other than Ambassador Luis Cruz. The accompanying present is from Labor Attache Delmer Cruz, OWWA Pat Cobarrubias and POLO Staff. Although they were not around to personally witness the joyful affair, their message was sincerely delivered.
