Why Are you Overweight?

The Inside Scoop on Dieting

You are overweight for the most simple of reasons — because you’re eating the wrong foods, the wrong types of calories per meal, and you’re also eating meals in the wrong patterns each day. Think closely about what we’re about to tell you, since it’s going to change the way you think about dieting…

Food is more powerful than any prescription weight loss pills, because the FOOD tha tyou eat can either make you THIN of FAT. You don’t get fat because of the lack of exercising, that’s a myth. You get fat because you don’t eat the right foods at the right intervals each day.

Also, the Pattern what you choose to eat your meals each day is more powerful than any prescription weight loss pills. This is true because your body is like an “engine” and it only needs certain foods at certain intervals each day, and if you don’t eat the right foods at the right times then it won’t burn those calories—and you’ll wind up storing those calories as fat tissue. (Hint: you need to eat more than 3 times per day to lose weight, but we’ll show you the details).

You have gotten overweight by eating the wrong foods, that much is a fact. And guess what? You can get SLIM by eating the RIGHT FOODS at the RIGHT INTERVAL each day.

It’s not really any more complicated than that, and the way to start losing weight has NOTHING to do with starving yourself or jogging.

· Low Calorie diets Do NOT Work—Now, you know the reason why you can eat 1,000 calories per day and not lose any weight while your friends can eat 2,500 calories per day and not gain any weight.
· Low FAT Diets Do NOT Work– also, virtually every person in today’s society is buying mostly “low fat” or “non fat” food at the grocery store, everybody is conscious of the “fat grams” inside the food they buy. However, people are getting fatter than ever by doing this and people are not losing weight by switching to the “low fat lifestyle”.
· Low CARB Diets make You MISERABLE.

Low CARB diets have certainly become popular in recent years, but such diets often leave you feeling miserable each day (since they drain most of your energy and carbohydrates leave you feeling quite awful each day).

Check out these facts below…
Did you know that several popular low carb diets are so strict that you cannot even eat a large apple during the first couple weeks? It’s True.

Also, many low carb diets won’t even let you enjoy a “normal” restaurant meal (order without any carb restrictions) for many months after you begin. Therefore, low carb diets can leave you feeling MISERABLE each day, which is not the answer.

Ang Pagtatapos ni Kabayang Arnold sa Korea Bow!

KUWENTONG MIGRANTE, TINIG MIGRANTE
Ni Kabayang PITOY

(Arnold Bautro is leaving Korea for good and looking for a greener pasture in the country he was dreaming. He is one of our community lectors and silent volunteer during the time of Fr. Dong Marvcaida, MSP.

No Fear

12th Sunday in Ordinary Time

But then actually, hinde po ito bago. In fact, Christ starts his Gospel with a message to the apostles, at siempre po, kasama na tayo diyan, sabi niya, Fear no one”. In other words, sinabi ni Hesus, “No Fear”.

Dito po sa loob ng Ebanghelyo na ito, Christ gave three reasons kung bakit sinabi niya sa kanyang mga alagad at sa atin, “No Fear” Ang first reason ng ating Panginoon ay ito; “Nothing is concealed that will not be revealed, no secret that will not be known.” Ang ibig po niyang sabihin ay ganito, that “Truth will eventually prevail, whether in this world or in the next world, hinde natin alam,, pero alam natin at tiyak, truth will eventually prevail. And that is why, my dear friends, ang sinasabi ni Hesus, “Huwag kayong matakot to be on the side of truth, dahil tiyak, panalo ka”.

The second reason given by Christ for telling his apostles “No Fear” is this; “Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul; rather be afraid of the one who can destroy both soul and body in Gehenna”. Gehenna is another term for hell. Pero all that they can do to you is inflict physical pain pero di nila pwedeng patayin ang iyong kaluluwa. Jesus offered his life for our salvation because, ang iniisip niya noon, walang kuwenta ito, doon naman sa reward na makukuha ko sa kabilang buhay”.
The Third and final reason na ibinigay ni Hesus for telling his apostles, “No Fear” is this. “Tingnan n’yo yung mga sparrows walang babagsak sa lupa “without your Father’s knowledge”, sabi niya ditto sa Ebanghelyo. And that is his point. Tao! Ikaw tao, who is worth more than all the sparrows? Bawa’t isa sa atin ditto, is VERY PRECIOUS in the eyes of God. Therefore, DO NOT FEAR to stick it out with God. Well, it’s this. Kung ditto sa ibabaw ng mundo, you will deny me in front of men, pagdating sa kabilang buhay, I will deny you in front of my Heavenly Father. Pero, kung ditto sa ibabaw ng mundo, you will testify on my behalf, sa kabilang buhay, I will testify on your behalf before my Heavenly Father. Be not AFRAID.

. Overseas migration of mothers takes tool on children left behind—The continuing exodus of mothers for jobs overseas affect the behavioral development of children they leave behind, psychiatrists say. In the process, the Philippines is losing many of its better, if not the best, teachers like Science, Mathematics and English.

Just Passing by

By: ed j. titular, chasan-ri, sk

In the crowded world we live in
Some are screaming for too much pain
Some are dancing seems there’s no more tomorrow
Some wants to be perished for too much sorrow
Smile...for you’re just passing by.

From coast to coast I traveled around
Then I realized that some things happened
for a certain ground and even the nomads
have their reason to stay and that life’s facts
that you can’t resist nothing is permanent for you’re just passing by.

The rain comes and the sun shine
and that twinkling stars that captivates your heart
they are some of the wonders if you only believe and your role?
Just wait and let the rainbow erase your worries?
Move! For today, you’re just passing by.

Now, let’s help build the promise land
show love and concern for the time is at hand
come and take your share to make all things fair.
